Included Services in the Villa
The villa offers a comprehensive service consisting of a private chef, butler, and daily assistance. The butler is the only one authorized to drive the Chevrolet Tahoe for trips to the supermarket or Punta Cana Village, with fuel costs covered by the guest. The chef can prepare up to three meals a day plus snacks. Food and beverages are not included. The maximum capacity is 14 guests, including children, and a tip of 8% to 10% of the rental value before taxes and charges is recommended.
Concierge and Personalized Attention
Once the reservation is confirmed, a concierge is assigned to manage all coordination before and during the stay. This includes airport transfers, golf cart rental, activity and excursion organization, massage services, menu planning, and supermarket shopping. The goal is to ensure a comfortable, smooth, and fully personalized stay.

The reservation includes private round-trip transfer from Punta Cana International Airport, welcome drinks and snacks, luxury bathroom amenities, private property check-in, cable TV, and high-speed WiFi.
The Villa
Upon entering the property, a high-ceiling lobby introduces a modern and sober style with avant-garde touches and colourful artwork. The spacious main living room combines art nouveau furniture with Caribbean elements and opens to a always-green private garden that provides privacy and serenity.
Room Distribution
The villa has six rooms, all with private bathrooms.
On the upper floor, there is a master bedroom with a king bed and TV, another with two queen beds and TV, and a third with a king bed and Smart TV.
On the ground floor, three additional rooms are distributed: one with a king bed and TV, and two with two queen beds each, all equipped with television.
A staff member remains 24 hours on the property within the service area.

Additional Services
Upon request and at an additional cost, golf carts of different models, bicycles, in-villa massages, childcare, golf tee times, excursions, and activities can be requested. Supermarket shopping has a per-trip cost. Requests are recommended at least 48 hours in advance.
Location
The villa is located within the exclusive gated community of Puntacana Resort & Club, just ten minutes from Punta Cana International Airport. The complex spans 26 square miles with a temperate climate, soft breezes, and a high-level environment.
Resort Access
Guests can access, with additional cost in some cases, facilities such as La Cana and Corales golf courses, Playa Blanca and La Cana beach clubs, various restaurants and bars, tennis, padel and pickleball, spa, water sports, equestrian activities, the Ojos Indígenas ecological reserve, and areas designated for children.
Points of Interest
A few minutes by golf cart are La Cana Beach & Golf Club, Six Senses spa, Oscar de la Renta tennis centre, Ojos Indígenas reserve, and Playa Blanca. For trips to Puntacana Village, the supermarket, or BlueMall Puntacana, private transport is necessary, as golf carts cannot leave the resort.
Booking and Cancellation Policies
Between January 6 and December 17, a 50% payment is requested upon confirmation, with the remainder due 60 days before arrival. Cancellations up to 60 days prior are refundable; after that, no refunds apply.
For Christmas, New Year's, and Thanksgiving week, a non-refundable 50% is requested upon booking, with final payment 90 days before. Date changes are not permitted except for force majeure, with validity of 11 months.
Refunds have an administrative charge of 150 USD for wire transfers and a 4% hold on card payments.

THE VILLA

Surrounded by golf courses and green meadows this property offers a tranquile and relaxing stay in any of its 6 bedrooms coupled each with its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom, located on the second floor has a king-size bed and on the same floor there are three other bedrooms, one with two full size beds and the second one is the second master bedroom with a king size bed and also a kid's room with 2 twin bunk beds. On the ground floor you will find two other bedrooms, one with 1 full bed and the next one with 2 full. All rooms include air conditioning and TV's with international cable channels.

Fully equipped kitchen, extensive living room terrace & dining room, external dining area and swimming pool to cool off.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 59 days or less refunds won’t apply.

Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival.

No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation. No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes

NOTE: 150 USD administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was in wire transfer; if the payment was made by credit card a processing fee of a 4% of the paid amount will be retained.
