Our studio can accommodate 2 people and is located next to the Paseo de Las Canteras on a pedestrian street: Jsé Franchy Roca.
It has recently been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer our guests an unforgettable experience. It is ideal for couples or friends.
The studio is fully equipped. It has an American style kitchen with ceramic hob, cooking utensils, microwave, coffee maker and all the necessary elements for cooking.
The bathroom is modern and spacious. With shower, washing machine, hairdryer. We provide towels and basic amenities.
The studio has 300 MB wifi, ideal for people who need good speed for teleworking.
The area is perfect for people who want to discover our city. Despite being a very central flat, it is very quiet as it is in a pedestrian street without the sound of cars. It is only a few meters away from Las Canteras, where you can enjoy the beach, bars, restaurants. Nearby there are pharmacies, supermarkets. It is not necessary to rent a car, but for those who travel with one we have several private car parks in the area as well as blue or green zones for parking.
Our accommodations are cleaned and disinfected by professional companies, following all the protocols and products recommended by the COVID to guarantee maximum hygiene.

This comfortable and modern accommodation, with views of the golf course, is located 160 m from the bus station "Parada Ctra de Chile (Golf Course)", 450 m from the supermarket "Spar Guanarteme", 650 m from the supermarket "Lidl", 550 m from the restaurant "La Koreana", 3 km from the sandy beach "Playa de las Canteras", 1.2 km from the "Alfredo Kraus Auditorium", 25 km from the airport "Gran Canaria Airport" and is located in an ideal area for families and in the urban centre. Parties and noise are not allowed from 9:00 pm to 10:00 am. The HomeForGuest team will offer support during your stay with any necessary questions. Article 39. Within the pool area, the following rules must be strictly observed: a) Smoking and/or vaping are expressly prohibited in any area of the pool, in accordance with the provisions and applicable legal provisions, especially for collective spaces. b) Refrain from playing ball games or any other activity that may cause disturbance to other users. c) Consuming food and drinks (except water in plastic containers) is prohibited within the pool area, and disposing of any kind of waste or objects in the pool is also forbidden. d) Similarly, musical instruments, radios, record players or any other sound reproduction devices that produce noise or disturbance to other users cannot be used.
