Our studio can accommodate 2 people and is located next to the Paseo de Las Canteras on a pedestrian street: Jsé Franchy Roca.
It has recently been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer our guests an unforgettable experience. It is ideal for couples or friends.
The studio is fully equipped. It has an American style kitchen with ceramic hob, cooking utensils, microwave, coffee maker and all the necessary elements for cooking.
The bathroom is modern and spacious. With shower, washing machine, hairdryer. We provide towels and basic amenities.
The studio has 300 MB wifi, ideal for people who need good speed for teleworking.
The area is perfect for people who want to discover our city. Despite being a very central flat, it is very quiet as it is in a pedestrian street without the sound of cars. It is only a few meters away from Las Canteras, where you can enjoy the beach, bars, restaurants. Nearby there are pharmacies, supermarkets. It is not necessary to rent a car, but for those who travel with one we have several private car parks in the area as well as blue or green zones for parking.
Our accommodations are cleaned and disinfected by professional companies, following all the protocols and products recommended by the COVID to guarantee maximum hygiene.

Precioso apartamento a escasos metros de las Canteras. Está muy buen cuidado a la par de una limpieza excelente. El trato con doña Ana fue exquisito. Sin duds, volvería a repetir en el apartamento o con HomeForGuest.
