Our modern and newly built Laurel apartment is located in the centre of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in an ideal residential area for families and a relaxing stay.
In its 44 m² it has 1 bedroom and capacity for 3 people, as well as an American kitchen with a ceramic hob equipped with a fridge, oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and kettle.
In addition, it is worth highlighting that it has a fully equipped gym and communal swimming pool, lift, internet access (wifi), hairdryer and covered parking in the same building.
This comfortable and modern accommodation, with views of the golf course, is located 160 m from the bus station "Parada Ctra de Chile (Golf Course)", 450 m from the supermarket "Spar Guanarteme", 650 m from the supermarket "Lidl", 550 m from the restaurant "La Koreana", 3 km from the sandy beach "Playa de las Canteras", 1.2 km from the "Alfredo Kraus Auditorium", 25 km from the airport "Gran Canaria Airport" and is located in an ideal area for families and in the urban centre.
Parties and noise are not allowed from 9:00 pm to 10:00 am.

Article 39. Within the pool area, the following rules must be strictly observed:
a) Smoking and/or vaping are expressly prohibited in any area of the pool, in accordance with the provisions and applicable legal provisions, especially for collective spaces.
b) Refrain from playing ball games or any other activity that may cause disturbance to other users.
c) Consuming food and drinks (except water in plastic containers) is prohibited within the pool area, and disposing of any kind of waste or objects in the pool is also forbidden.
d) Similarly, musical instruments, radios, record players or any other sound reproduction devices that produce noise or disturbance to other users cannot be used.
We kindly request that for hygiene reasons, you remove rubbish and food remains on the day of check-out. Leaving more than two bags of rubbish will be penalised with a fee of 15 euros.
