Enjoy a house bathed in natural light thanks to its large windows and open spaces, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms with single beds and two bathrooms. One of them with spectacular views of Puerto de la Cruz. The main bedroom features a spacious balcony with views over the pool.
On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms (one with two single beds and another with a 1.40 m bed), 1 bathroom and a work area, perfect for those who need to combine leisure and productivity.
Outside, the private infinity pool (3 metres x 6.80 metres), with the option of heating for an additional cost (€140 per week).
Outdoor area with comfortable furniture to relax or enjoy outdoor meals. We have a charcoal barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, whether with family or friends. Well-maintained garden and parking space for several cars, both within the property and on the street.
