Description
"Studio Westerling Beach" is a very bright and modern 40 m² studio, located on the beachfront, with sea views. It has recently been renovated. It has a capacity for two people and we recommend it especially for couples who are looking for a cozy place with a good location to discover Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
Its location is exceptional, it is located in a pedestrian street just a few steps from the Paseo de las Canteras, our guests will enjoy the best area of Las Canteras Beach, wide and sandy. All around you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies all within walking distance, so a car is not necessary to discover the city.
The bus station of Santa Catalina is 350m away, where you will find direct connection to the airport or to move to any point of the island. Near the apartment there are also several bus stops to move around the city and SityCleta points if you prefer.
The decoration has been carefully selected to please the diverse tastes of our clients.
The apartment is fully equipped: The kitchenette, induction, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The terrace of the apartment is one of the most attractive points, from here you can enjoy the beautiful sea views and relax while appreciating the surroundings. It is south facing and enjoys daylight all the time (no shadows).
In response to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) and for your peace of mind we have implemented a cleaning and disinfection protocol in all our accommodations following the recommendations of the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) and the Vacation rental housekeeping professionals (VRHP).
