Concierge and Personalised Attention
Upon confirming the reservation, a specialised concierge is assigned who will handle all coordination prior to arrival and attention during the stay. This service includes organising airport transfers, golf cart rental, activities and excursions, massage services, menu planning and supermarket shopping. Additional Services
With an additional cost, golf carts in different models, bicycles, babysitting services, villa massages, tee times, excursions and various activities can be booked. Supermarket purchases have a cost per trip. Chef service can also be hired for a supplement between 120 USD and 160 USD per night, including preparation of up to three meals a day and snacks. Requests are recommended at least 48 hours in advance.

Location
The villa is located within the exclusive gated community Puntacana Resort & Club, just ten minutes from Punta Cana International Airport. The complex covers 26 square miles with pleasant weather throughout the year, extensive green spaces, beaches, restaurants and multiple sports and recreational facilities.
Resort Access
Guests have access, in some cases with an additional cost, to La Cana and Corales golf courses, Playa Blanca and La Cana beach clubs, several restaurants and a cigar bar, tennis, paddle and pickleball courts, spa, water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, snorkelling or diving, equestrian activities, the Ojos Indígenas ecological reserve, the petting zoo and the Kids Club.
Points of Interest
A few minutes by golf cart, you can reach La Cana Beach & Golf Club, the Six Senses spa, the Oscar de la Renta tennis centre, the Ojos Indígenas reserve and Playa Blanca. To visit Puntacana Village, the supermarket or BlueMall Puntacana, private transport is required, as golf carts cannot leave the resort.
Booking and Cancellation Policies
Between 6 January and 17 December, a 50% payment is requested upon booking and the remainder 60 days before arrival. Cancellations more than 60 days in advance are refundable; within 59 days prior, no refunds apply.
For Christmas, New Year and Thanksgiving week, the 50% paid upon booking is non-refundable and the final payment is made 90 days in advance. No date changes are permitted during these seasons except for force majeure, with validity of 11 months from cancellation.
Refunds by bank transfer include a charge of 150 USD and card payments apply a 4% hold for processing expenses.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 59 days or less refunds won’t apply.

Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival.

No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation.No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes

NOTE: 150 USD administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was in wire transfer; if the payment was made by credit card a processing fee of a 4% of the paid amount will be retained.
