Guests have access to two world-class golf courses, La Cana and Corales, two beach clubs, Playa Blanca and La Cana Club House, seven restaurants and a cigar bar, racquet sports such as tennis, padel and pickleball, the resort spa, water sports, horseback riding, polo, ecological reserve, interactive farm and children's club. Some services may have an additional cost.

From 6 January to 17 December, 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% must be paid 60 days before arrival. Cancellations made at least 60 days in advance are refundable; cancellations within 59 days prior are not eligible for refund.
From 18 December to 5 January and during Thanksgiving week, 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking, which is non-refundable. The remaining 50% must be paid 90 days before arrival. Date changes are not permitted during this season except for force majeure. Approved changes will be valid for a maximum of 11 months. No refunds will be made for seasonal rate differences.
An administrative fee of US$ 160 will be applied to all full refunds when payment has been made by bank transfer. For credit card payments, a 4% management fee will be withheld.
